Babs is a sharp agent. She knows the business, how the process works and even though we have a lot of real estate experience in our home state, she gave us terrific guidance on the process in Florida. We ran into some title issues and she was on top of finding out our options, getting further information, and understanding the implications of the options we had. She has great contacts for all the parties to the real estate transaction and for assistance with the property after the close. Highly recommend her and will use her again if the opportunity arises!
